Fall prevention measures for hanging basket construction

With the development of society, there are more and more buildings and construction baskets are becoming more and more common. In order to prevent the basket from falling during construction, the following are measures to prevent the basket from falling during installation or use.
1. Strengthen the inspection of the anti-falling device of the hanging basket:
1 An anti-falling device shall be installed at each fixed vertical main frame lifting power equipment. It must not be installed on the same supporting structure as the lifting equipment.
2 The anti-falling device should use the same manufacturer, the same specification and model, and within the effective calibration period.
3 The anti-falling device should be protected against rain and dust.
Second, strengthen the inspection of the hanging basket frame:
1 Shaped vertical main frame. Structural components such as horizontal beams and steel pipes should not be twisted, deformed, severely corroded and other defects: the weld should be complete and there should be no cracks.
2 Fasteners should not be severely corroded, the screw should not be strained, cracked, and the thread should not be damaged.
3 The tightening torque of fastener bolts should be 40~50Nm
4 The connecting bolts, pins, washer nuts, and cotter pins at the connection points of the finalized vertical main frame and the horizontal beam frame should be installed according to the regulations, and should not be omitted or replaced by small.
5 The erection of the frame should be horizontal and vertical, and the verticality error of the vertical pole should not be greater than 1/500; the joints of adjacent vertical poles should not be in the same plane.
3. Strengthen the inspection of the hanging basket suspension mechanism for high altitude operations:
1 The positioning should be correct. The building structure should be able to withstand the force applied to the support after the suspension mechanism is loaded.
2 The beam connection of the suspension mechanism should be reliable, and its structure should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
3 The number of counterweights should comply with the specifications in the manual, and the stacking should be neat and anti-theft.
4. Strengthen the inspection of suspension platform:
1 Suspension platform should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and there should be no welds, cracks, severe corrosion, screws and rivets should not be loose, and the structure should not be damaged; the use length should comply with the specification.
2 The safety guardrail should be complete and intact with web bars; its height should not be less than 0.8m on one side of the building, and the other three sides should not be less than 1.1m. The guardrail should be able to withstand the concentrated load of 1000N water movement.
3 The bottom plate should be intact and have anti-skid measures; there should be drainage holes and should not be blocked. The suspension platform should be equipped with baffles with a height of not less than 150mm and the gap between the baffle and the bottom plate should not be greater than 5mm.
4 There should be wall wheels, guide wheels and buffer devices on the side of the building.
5 The longitudinal inclination angle of the platform during work should not be greater than 8 degrees, but different models should also comply with the specifications of the machine.
